Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On May 12th I will once again be taking up the challenge of Vélo Birmingham, a 100 mile (160 km) cycling challenge to raise money for charity.

This time it is for a cause close to my heart. The Guru Ram Das Project is a charity that supports the physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing of individuals and communities most in need by providing Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes. These are people often invisible and marginalised as well as in crisis. Groups they support include the homeless, those struggling with additiction, dementia suffers and the mentally ill.

Last time I completed a 100 mile challenge in 2017 it took me 7 hours and 15 minutes of cycling time and I raised over £500 for Cure Leukemia. I would love to smash both those records. With extra training I hope to knock over 30minutes off my time and with your support it would be great to raise even more this time round.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
