To support the Lloyds Banking Group charity of the year, the Alzheimer's Society, we decided that we would try to go that extra mile and set ourselves a challenge to test ourselves and raise some money for this fantastic cause.

On June 6th 2013, our five strong Sales & Service Channel Migration - People Strategy Team will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. This is the Just Giving page for Will Jordan, John King and Darren Hodkinson who are the Halifax based members of the team.

The Alzheimer's Society is the UK’s leading support and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers. We are rasing money to help launch the Live Well Campaign, the first UK-wide dementia carers programme.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes in the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. This involves about 39km (24.5m) of walking and climbing nearly 1,600 m (5,249 ft) - we're aiming to do this in under 12 hours.
