Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. In the winter of 2013/14 I aim to become the youngest person in history to ski trek over 700 miles from the Antarctic coast to the South Pole - I will be just 16 years old (2 years younger than the current world record holder). I am doing this to raise money for The Prince's Trust - because I believe young people are amazing and, with a bit of support, are capable of great things! 2014 is also the centenary of Ernest Shackleton's epic Antarctic survival story. He gave up his dream to be first to reach the pole to save his men. Motivation and self-belief will be central to my adventure, to Shackleton's story and to all the young people helped by the Prince's Trust.
