Your Health Partnership is a  GP-led partnership providing
a range of services to approximately 47,000 patients across Sandwell in the
West Midlands.

In 2017 YHP colleagues voted to nominate BUDS (Better
Understanding of Dementia in Sandwell) as our Charity of the Year.

Now in 2018, a  team of 11 colleagues  from across YHP
 have decide to test-their-metal by taking part in the SimplyHealth Birmingham 10K…’gulp’. For some, it will no doubt seem a mere stroll in the park, others have taken themselves from couch potatoes to champion pavement-pounders in preparation for the big day.

We appreciate any amount that you can give in support of the
team and this very worthy cause.
