Hi, we are a group of East of England Ambulance staff who have been challenged - foolishly - by our Police colleagues to see who can raise more money for our chosen charity Keech Hospice, by running a variety of distances from 10k, half marathon and 20 miles!

Not commonly known is we Ambulance staff are a highly competitive and modest bunch that have no trouble in announcing we will happily trounce our Police colleagues, however to do this we need YOUR help!

The group of 25 running are based at Luton ambulance station have been training for several months now with varying levels of experience of running from veterans to first time runners. We have all approached this challenge with the goal not just to run but complete distances that we will find a real challenge. All whilst balancing our shift work and the demands of everyday life.

So please help us to do something for an amazing local institution providing the highest level of care to children, adults and their families during incredibly difficult times. The money we raise will help such a deserving charity continue to support those who need it most.
