On the 3rd of April, I will be running the LLHM to raise funds for More Than Words. This charity is a small, local one, providing online courses and inclusive events for young people with speech and communication difficulties. They do not benefit from big sponsorships or government funding  as many of the large charities do but the help they can give is just as valuable.
