We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We host a helpline for people affected by suicide, as well as vital online resources for anyone who needs them.

Story

Hello!

If you aren't already aware CALM is a charity dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. 75% of all UK suicides are male.

CALM offer support to males who are feeling down or going through a crisis with their helpline, website and live chat. They are determined to conquer the bigger issue of our 'silence culture' by encouraging young men to start speaking and to reach out for help. CALM also have an invaluable bereavement service for those affected by suicide.

We are campaigning for CALM because unfortunately, we have all been devastated by the loss of two close friends due to suicide.  With your help, we are determined to raise money and awareness for this charity because they can and will prevent other young men from taking their own life.

We are so grateful for any donations, no matter how big or small it could be genuinely life saving.

Thank you for your time and support !

Big love,

Yvonne's Runnning Squad
