Taking part in Brighton Run 2 Music will be a very special occasion for our Z-energy fitfam. We will be celebrating life, the ability to move and have fun, be part of something great and meaningful and help raise money for one of the best charities we have ever come across.

One of our Z-energers, beautiful Mary AKA Cheryl, spent her last days at the Martlets Hospice in Hove between January and March this year, and we can not thank the staff enough for EVERYTHING they did for her. Knowing that in order to be able to continue this incredible work they depend on fundraising money, we want to do our best and help raise as much money as we can to support them.
