I hope you might be able to sponsor me for my 4km run on Saturday 26th April 2004.  I am running as part of my school's association with The Soldiers Charity ABF.  I am running in memory of Lance Bombardier Liam McLaughlin who was only 21 years old when he died - only 9 years older than me!
