Second year running the Bristol 10k. Hoping I can improve on last years time and pleased to try and raise a bit of cash for some worthwhile charities. I'm sure lots of people who know me will also have fond memories of some of the organisations that will benefit (think St Werburghs Farm) so please give generously!
