My name is Zach and I am 9 years old. I live in Rolleston-on-Dove with my Mum Lu, my Dad Rich and my sister Mollie, who is 6.

My Dad has recently been diagnosed with a type of brain cancer called 'Glioblastoma Multiforme' and is currently having his treatment at Royal Derby Hospital.

I am doing a walk from Burton to Royal Derby Hospital and back, to raise money for the charity 'Doctors Without Borders' (or 'Medecins Sans Frontieres' which is their French name).

I am aiming to raise £1000 to help provide emergency medical care in countries where the need is greatest, anywhere in the world. 

Daddy has been very lucky to have access to treatment from the NHS in the UK, lots of people in the world don't have access to even basic medical care so I am hoping to help by walking 25 miles and would really like your support.

The walk will take place on 30th and 31st December 2021 to celebrate the end of Daddy's 6 weeks of radiotherapy treatment.
