Dad and I have formed team Paynooo taking on Race the Sun Brecon Beacons for children's charity Action Medical Research. In June we will be setting off at sunrise to bike 36 miles, hike 9.6 miles to the summit of Pen Y Fan and paddle 2 miles around a challenging course in a race against the sun. Were racing in aid of children's charity, Action Medical Research. They have spent over 70 years funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children, and young people. By supporting Team Paynooo you will be helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases. As most of you are aware I’m use to racing a bike in ovals for about 45 seconds so this will be a nice challenge for myself personally + the old man!
