Having developed arthritis in my 20s due to a sporting injury I have a small idea of the debilitating impact that arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions can have on people's lives. 

I've been a trustee of ARMA, an organisation that works to improve the lives of those suffering, for the last couple of years and am dusting off the running shoes to help raise funds for a cause that impacts so many of us.

Having not been able to get involved in most forms of exercise for some time I'm looking to go from zero to (not-so) hero, (well a half marathon at least), in a matter of a couple of weeks! 

No doubt I'm going to regret this, but its for a worthy cause and I'd appreciate all your support.
