Your parent, best friend, sibling, child, partner or even that friend you have who is always happy, In 2022, 18.0% of children aged 7 to 16 years and 22.0% of young people aged 17 to 24 years had a probable mental disorder. According to a 2017 report on the mental health of women and girls, rates of self-harm among young women have tripled since 1993 and women are more than three times as likely to experience eating disorders than men. In 2020, in the UK & Ireland there were nearly 7,000 reported suicides. Men are 3 times more likely to die by suicide than women.
