Story

I'm one of the lucky ones so far without a super personal story of how Alzheimer's has affected my family and friends however - the sadness connected to this disease and the devastation it can cause to families I find such a worthy cause. I really hope you can give generously to the pot, that helps research and supports families going through the toughest of times These people are invaluable at times of need.

I raised an incredible total last year with my running for Parkinsons and I know you're all asked for money all the time, so believe me anything you can add is VERY gratefully received. Please know that I'm so appreciative of anyone just reading this far.

Training has begun and I have no idea how I'm going to make it to the end - 50k across 2 days, but knowing it's for an amazing charity and having my wonderful friends and family believe in me and Oli might just get us there. I'll be digging as deeply as I can, and after the 1st July will not be walking anywhere for a very long time.

Much love and thanks, Zxx
