Mam was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer last August, and whilst she was determined to get back to normality it was a difficult road for her. She loved to go to Maggies to sit and chat with the amazing team especially Debbie and Karen, it offered a change of scenery from being stuck at home, and was a source of comfort and solace where she had time to reflect. 

Maggies is there not only for patients but friends and family too, where support, advice or just a cuppa and a chat is offered.

We would love for everyone in mams situation to be given that same support but COVID has taken away many fundraising opportunities for them to offer the amount of support that is needed.
