4 months ago my friend Ciara received a devastating phone call that would change her and her son Seren’s life forever. Eddy, her husband was on his way to work on a motor bike travelling at less than 10mph when a van hit him at speed from behind. Eddies brain injuries were too much to overcome and Ciara lost her husband whilst Seren lost his Dad. 

I am running with Alice and Rich for Brake charity who are working to make the roads a safer place for everyone to use. 

We’ll be running a 10k in Victoria park dressed as Santa on 2^nd December 2018. I’ve been talking about doing a park run for the past 2 years and not made it to one yet… I’ve got 4 weeks to get to 10k and I want to do it in under an hour! Wish me all the luck…
