Zoe Horsfall is raising money for Sheffield Hospitals Charity
Story
In September 2017 I'll be taking on the Great North Run for the second time. This year I'm raising money for Sheffield Hospitals Charity Kidney Appeal.
This is a cause incredibly close to an old school friend of mine having undergone 2 kidney transplants. Prior to the second transplant she received 8 months of dialysis treatment 3 times a week at 3.5hour a time! Life on dialysis is unbelievably restricted which is just one reason why we need to raise money for more research in to kidney disease and ultimately, a cure!
