We have recently taken up running together using Couch to 10K. We aren’t there yet but we are determined to achieve our goal - the Folkestone 10K on 28th May (not Whitstable on the 1st - ignore that)!!  We’ll work hard and encourage each other but your donations to the charity will push us through when we are struggling. Thea-Rose is a wonderful little girl with an infectious personality. The challenges she faces on a daily basis don’t faze her - there’s a lot we can learn from her. It would be great if we could raise some money for a deserving charity and we would appreciate any contribution.
