I'm doing the Sandford Lido Triathlon this year on 11th September. The money raised is split between the Lido (a fabulous place for young, old, rich and not so rich) and LINC (Leukaemia and Intensive Chemotherapy). The distances (if you want to know the detail) are: Swim 500m followed by a 15km cycle and then a 2.7km run!
