We have decided to challenge ourselves to the max this year by competing in a guelling 105 mile cycle/run/kayak from Nairn to Fort William. All, of course in the name of charity!

We chose Crohns and Colitis as it is a charity very close to us. Our best friend was diagnosed with this a few years ago and having seen what she has had to go through and how strong she has become, it was the obvious choice to raise money for this.

We will need to train a lot for this but in all it will be worth it. We would love to hit the £1000 mark as this will mean so much to the charity. Those of you that know us will know this is going to be one hell of a challenge so please donate generously!
