We are a team of ladies who met when receiving support from Reuben’s Retreat for bereavement following the loss of a child. Together we have found a love of open water swimming which helps with our mental and physical health. Our team name is made up of our children’s names: R-Reuben, E-Erin, D-Daniel, D-David.
