Story
Unbelievably, it will be 5 years' in May since we lost Sonny to cancer, so we both thought it would be a good idea to raise money for this fantastic charity once again. However, rather than Gav pounding the pavements or climbing up mountains, this time it's my turn to pull on the trainers and run the London 10K on behalf of the wonderful people at Anthony Nolan.

Sonny left us with lots of things, including humour, strength, tenacity and knowledge. But most of all, he taught us that we should never, ever give up. I certainly won't during my race.
