Zoë’s fundraising to help local communities in Nepal · 3 July 2020

Concordia is a charity based in Brighton. Our work as a charity supplies: CYA, International Volunteering, NCS, Seasonal Workers Programme and our Wellbeing Programme. Although all our programmes vary, they are all motivated by our desire to make the world a better place.

Story

I have been given this amazing opportunity to support and help local communities in Nepal who are living with the aftermath of the 2015 earthquake.

We will be helping with the dismantling of unstable buildings and rebuilding new schools and homes. We will also spend time in local schools where we will offer various programs and activities for the children.

I’ve always wanted to be involved in a project where I can make even just a small difference to people less fortunate than myself, so this chance to be selfless and help others for two weeks will be a humbling experience which I am very excited about.

I would love for you to help me achieve my target in raising the money in order to better the lives of some of the earthquake survivors.
