Please join me on my #roadtohamburg to partake in the IRONMAN Hamburg, Germany on the 5th June 2022.

In an effort to raise money, awareness and show appreciation for our veterans, I have set myself a huge challenge to take on and complete the 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile run without any specific training.

This will represent the often hidden pain and suffering our Veterans face when battling mental illness.

All donations are for the Veterans UK Charity so they can continue their vital cause in supporting our veterans.
