In just a few weeks time, me and a group of friends are riding across the country to raise money for one of the best men I've ever met. He was a mentor in my life. He was one of my dad's best friends. He managed football teams of the club I was involved with at a younger age. A man that would be there for you no matter what your challenge to support. There's no denying his absence has hit everyone hard that knew and loved him so much. So in his honour and to say thank to this amazing charity MACMILLIAN, we're taking on one of the toughest rides in the UK over just two days. 

Cancer effects all families at some point, as unfortunately it's so common. You'll not miss that pint or takeaway and this charity maybe there for you someday. Every penny will be greatly valued and there's no donation that's too small, SO PLEASE SPARE WHAT YOU CAN to support us as we take on this challenge.

As most of you know I lost my wonderful dad, Bob, last year following a short, but courageous battle with cancer. Towards the end of his life Macmillan’s gave my mum and dad invaluable support and care, so the boys and I would like to do something in return and raise some money to help them to continue with their incredible work.We have a coast to coast cycle planned from Whitehaven to Whitley Bay which will cover over 120 miles in September with all donations going to Macmillan’s. Myself and the boys are really looking forward to raising as much money as we can for such a worthy cause, so all donations will be greatly appreciated.Thank you, Scott
