Zumba dancing has been the medicine for so many souls for so many years even more so since the lockdown started. Myself and beautiful Z instructors, Laura, Val, Cherry are coming together to extend this medicine and offering it to the wider audience ,not only to keep our mood lifted and support our students but also to show our appreciation for the NHS, those who have lost their lives saving ours and those who have done and still do such an amazing job putting themselves at risk.

So we running a 2 hour Zumbathon on the 30th May 11 am - 1 pm to dance with you all and because we know you want to be part of this humble initiative, we would like invite you to help us raise as much of your generous donations as we hope to pay it forward to the NHS and for icare because they do an incredible job for the community and this is what Zumba is also about, bringing the community together more so now during this tough times.

As Zumba instructors, we are ever so grateful for you beautiful Z friends and without you we won't be here doing what we love best, dance with you and make you smile.
