Futura Group Charity Golf Day · 27 June 2014

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.

Story

Fancy having a couple of rounds of Golf with some amazing Car Designers from all around the world? Well, you can...

Futura Group are delighted to announce that its second annual Charity Golf Day will be held at the prestigious Forest of Arden Golf Club in the Midlands.

What an amazing chance to hang out with some top car designers in the industry, including McLaren, Aston Martin and Bentley, eh?

Sporting two Championship quality courses, the Forest of Arden has seen some of the sports all-time greats grace its greens and fairways but on Friday June 27th whilst the spirit of competition may still burn brightly, it is unlikely that any of the players will be challenging the course record!

Futura Chairman David Abel said 'The annual Golf Day is a great opportunity to spend some time with friends and clients, and most importantly raise a substantial amount of money for Charity. The Birmingham Childrens' Hospital is particularly close to my heart and anything we can do to help raise funds for them is alright with me'.

Last year's event raised £10,000 for Birmingham Children's Hospital and this year Futura hopes to top this figure. With more than 70 golfers attending and some fantastic prizes donated to this year's evening charity auction the signs are it's going to be a great day.
