We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

Story

As you may already know from the numerous and mind numbingly boring accounts we've given some of you about the rigours of our training regime, Nick and I will be hauling our ageing backsides around the London Triathlon in early August to raise money for the NSPCC.

We are attempting to complete the Olympic distance version of the event, which consists of a 1.5k swim (in the murky waters of the Thames), a 40k bike ride and a 10k run. If you fancy digging deep and contributing to the cause we’d really appreciate it.

You are of course more than welcome to come along and watch us flailing around like a couple of walruses in a combination of neoprene, lycra and dodgy headgear, although we are drawing the line at wearing a Pudsey bear suit.

Thanks for your support…

Gabbi and Nick
