The “Gafael Llaw” charity (Holding Hands) aims to stage various activities to raise funds in the fight against cancer. The charity will support the Dewi Ward at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Alder Hay Hospital in Liverpool and the cancer charity, Clic Sargent.
