WELCOME TO THE GALA BINGO FUNDRAISING WEBSITE FOR NCH: THE CHILDREN'S CHARITY.
Warrington: The Butterfly Project.
Fenton: Chesterton Home.
We are looking to raise at least £15,000 for NCH children's charity via sponsorship, donations and fundraising activities.
All money will go either to NCH 'Butterfly Project' which will benefit children diagnosed with a life limiting illness and their families by providing: Emotional and pratical support, work with the siblings of those effected direct work with children suffering from a life threatening conditions and support to parents who have a pre-natal diagnosis of a potentially life threatening illness. Or to Chesterton Home which provides a flexible residential, foster care and domicillary support service to children, young people and their families.
There are many ways that you can help us support NCH:

SPONSORED CLIMB - Mount Kilimanjaro from 5th December 2007
Two unfit Club Managers, Mark Worsfold & Chris Quigley will be trekking up the huge mountain - But will they make it?
Both guys have been making practice climbs up several peaks in the Lake District such as Scafell Pike and Great Gable in an attempt to prepare themselves for the huge task ahead of them.
Make sure they get to the top with your sponsorship and help!

WE DID IT!! - SPONSORED WALK Sunday 27th May 2007 Through the wind and rain we walked a 13 mile round trip from Gala bingo club Warrington to Gala bingo club Widnes and back raising over £1000 - Thanks for everyones support - see the photo @ http://gala4nch.spaces.live.com/ Also - WE DID IT! - Wednesday 26th September 2007 - FROM GALA WARRINGTON TO GALA WIGAN TOWN then WIGAN ROBIN PARK! over 12 mile trip
WE DID IT AND SURVIVED - SPONSORED PARACHUTE JUMP Monday 18th June Mags Warren & Lisa Swift our Two brave staff members jumped 14 thousand feet from a plane and raised over £500 each!!
PARTY NIGHT FOR NCH AT THE PADDINGTON HOUSE HOTEL - Friday Evening 28th September Thanks to everyone's support you helped us to raise over £2,000.
Charity football 5 a side tournament - Saturday 13th October 12 teams from around the Northwest competed in a 5 a side football tournament in aid of NCH. Chris Quigley's average Fenton side narrowly lost in the final to a team from the Isle of Man. Each team raised at lease £100 before the event and additional fund raising took place on the day.
A sepcial thank you to Widnes & Wythenshawe who raised over £500 each - well done!
