This year it's personal

December 4th 2013, the day my life changed forever. At the grand old age of 26 I was diagnosed with Bowel cancer. Within 24 hours of my diagnosis I had a major operation to have a colostomy and ilostomy bag fitted to allow me to eat and drink again. I started my treatment in January and I know that with out 'Cancer Research' this would have not been possible. For me my cancer will never go away, but I can with the help of this amazing organisiation live my life for many years to come.
