Well thats my marathon running career over,after completing my second consecutive I have decided to put away my trainers because it HURTS
Seriously I completed it in 4hrs 50mins exactly 1min 20secs faster than last year(consistent)

Last year with the help and genorosity of family, friends and colleagues I raised £4,400 for Mencap. This year I am asking you to dig as deep and help me to raise even more. At the same time I am going to dig deeper to try and finish in a faster time. In the last few years many of you will know I have lost both my Father and Grandmother to Cancer.I know personally of the relief and help that Hospice's like St Catherine's offer not only to those who suffer from terminal illness but to those close family members that have to live through losing loved ones.
