My name is Gaston James. I am a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor, I have been involved in the leisure and fitness industry for over 9 years. Recently, I moved to the UK from the island of St. Lucia to pursue my career in Health and Wellbeing.

 

I chose "Tommy's" to run for because I just became a dad recently to a beautiful healthy baby girl and I would like to support people out there who are trying to save babies lives whether it be through research or any other means. 

 

To fundraise for this appeal I am participating in the London 10k on July 14 ( my first ever) and aiming to complete it in under 45 minutes
