On Sunday the 4th May i am taking part in a sponsored abseil from the Church Langley Water Tower in Harlow which is a whoppin 120 ft!!

The charity i am raising money for, and who i work for is Motability.

Motability is a national disability charity which helps disabled people become more mobile by providing them with specially adapted cars, scooters and wheelchairs.
