I did my first parachute jump for St Richards Hospice in 2008. As well as providing funds for the local charity's ongoing work, I wanted to give something back to show appreciation for the care and support they provided to our friend and former colleague - Paul Beard.

Now I am thrilled to have the chance to do it again - a tandem skydive from 10,000 feet with a thrilling freefall followed by a parachute descent over the Northamptonshire countryside, landing back at Hinton-in-the-Hedges airfield.
