Its that time of year again when Gijima embarks on an epic adventure across Europe (Calais to Croatia this time) battling treacherous conditions and 100+ other cars in the Ramshackle Rally. And this time we need your support more than ever as we’ve added a second ‘car’ to the contingent. Double the people, double the sex appeal, double the horse power, double the IQ. Double trouble.

First up is a verrry lekka maroon Ford station wagon with aircon, sunroof, cd player and a lot of dog hair (which is handy since hair of the dog will be critical to our success). And it’s only done a paltry 80,000 miles.

We’ll be dressed as Madiba Magic (blokes with nelson tops & goatskin thongs – think: African mankini) and Mama Afrika (ladies wearing little besides strategically placed beads).

And we’re raising money for 2 charities: ZANE (Zimbabwe A National Emergency) & The Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund.

We’d love you to join this cause – the donations make a huge difference. And, if we win (pretty much a given :)) the organisers add 50% onto the amount raised.
