Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
In 2010 many of you will remember I ran a 10k run for Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, and thanks to all your kind donations I raised over £970 (and over £190 just from Gift Aid!). This year I have set myself a challenge to climb Ben Nevis, for Breast Cancer Care.
Every 10 minutes someone hears the devastating news that they have breast cancer. Breast cancer is a very challenging and difficult experience for all those diagnosed with it and their loved ones. I want to help raise money to improve diagnosis and care of cancer patients, so that people can get the best chance of recovery.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Breast Cancer Care gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So as I huff and puff at the gym, training hard for this mountain climb (after all I'm no spring chicken!) spare a thought for this fantastic cause and please sponsor me.
Thank you so much for your encouragement and support!
