Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 28th of May I will be attempting to trail run 4 miles, every 4 hours for 48 hours, totalling 48 miles, starting and finishing with a mountain run up Carntogher Mountain.

I am raising money for Strongmen, a charity offering support and services to men who have suffered bereavement.

Our aim is to understand, support and improve the physical and emotional health of men suffering from bereavement. We provide unique peer based services for men who have lost a close family member or friend and need support. These include our telephone based service, Man2Man, and Weekender retreats
