On 10th May we're running the Great Manchester Run in aid of North West Air Ambulance and we'd really appreciate any donations you would like to give to this fantastic cause.

Having relied on two occasions on the fantastic pilots and paramedics of NWAA it's our turn to do something for them.

For over 15 years NWAA has provided the rapid pre-hospital care needed to make a life changing difference. Operating three helicopters, 365 days a year their emergency medical treatment is essential when time is critical.

You never think you will need this type of emergency service but anyone, of any age, at any time may one day need their care so it's vitally important they recieve donations to keep running. You never know when you might need them!

All three of us have taken part in the Great Manchester Run before but this year we're all hoping to achieve really tough times. Tom is hoping for a personal best, while Laura and Ann are training hard to try to complete the run in 1 hour (shaving 15 minutes off their previous PB)!

With less than a month to go (eeek) our training programmes are in full on beast mode so now is a great time to help us get to race day and the ultimate finish line by donating anything you can to this fantastic cause!
