At GNUK, we have recently begun recording and posting podcasts. I have seen the charity Special Effect before and whilst gaming is still seen as a hobby that many will not admit to as it is still seen as being "geeky," the fact is, it is a huge industry and brings joy and fun to millions and millions of people around the world every day. 

Special Effect helps bring gaming into peoples lives who may not have ever experienced it, or may no longer be able to experience it. Using custom made controllers and other in-genius methods for people to interact with games, Special Effect are able to bring fun and enjoyment into peoples lives.

But Special Effects objectives is not just all about fun. They are bringing families & friends together and are having a profoundly positive impact on therapy, confidence and rehabilitation.

So we are doing a 24hour Endurance Race on our PC's, to raise money for Special Effect, so that they can bring joy and happiness to more peoples lives.
