Welcome to my page. My name is Floyd Dylan Jones-Leake. I am 5 ¾ years old. I am in Apple Class (Year 1) at Bladon CE Primary School. I live with my mummy, daddy and little sister, Bunny, in the village of Bladon, near Woodstock, Oxfordshire. I love playing with my friends, climbing and drawing pictures of vampires and other scary stuff.

 

On Saturday 14 September I am taking part in my first ever running race, The Mini Great North Run in Newcastle. As well as it being my first race, it’s also my first fundraiser. I wanted to raise money for a charity that helped children living in dangerous places, where there are baddies. So I am running for War Child.

 

War Child protects children from war and helps make things better for them.  Like me, they are too young to understand what’s happening but War Child helps to care for them and give them somewhere safe to play.

 

I want to raise £100 to keep 2 children at a War Child Safe Space – away from the violence and where teachers can help them to learn.
