Set aside politics, religion and beliefs. The reality is that there are millions of people right now who have and are being forced out of their country by a civil war and have no where to go, no means to get there, no money and no possessions, they are dying by the hour from dehydration, suffocation, starvation and drowning… the worst is that many of them are children, just like the beautiful little toddler Aylan, who washed up on a Turkish beach this week with his mother and brother. Please donate however much you can to help these men, women and children, even if just for a night of warmth or to fill a tummy it has to be worth it. 

In October Andy is going to be running a half marathon and I will be doing an 8.5 mile walk from Stetchworth to Lode via the Devils Dyke. If anyone wants to join either of us you are more than welcome, just drop us a message.
