Graham and Gabs will be cycling from London to Amsterdam on 12th June 2015 in support of Prostate Cancer UK . We will be riding in partnership with The Football League representing our beloved Brentford FC and the Community Sports Trust, who we both coach for.

As novice cyclists, the pair of us have quite a challenge on our hands, with 145 miles of road to cover over the space of two days. We will be getting ourselves onto the bikes for some serious training over the next 12 weeks to ensure we don't get stranded in Holland!

Our ambitions are high for this event. We want to raise as much money as conceivably possible for this incredible cause. As young men we are very aware of the prevalence of prostate cancer and its potential to affect not only ourselves but also those closest to us at some stage in life.

Absolutely every single pound received will be hugely appreciated by us, no matter how big or small your donation!
