Unfortunately recently I have been affected by how devastating cancer can be. With the loss of my dad and more recently my Auntie.

GWMA members, friends and family plus with the help of our friends at Tetsuran Martial Arts and Sour Valley Leisure Centre have decided in memory of so many people touch by Cancer to hold this sponsored event to raise money for Cancer Research.

The challenge is on January 31st we will be doing a six hour Plank relay. This will be a challenge, with I'm sure a lot of shaking arms and red faces but with your support we hope to raise a lot of money.
