Josh's running the Hackney Half!

Hackney Half Marathon 2019 · 19 May 2019 ·
This year I'm running the Hackney Half to raise a few hundred quid for St Mungo's!
Who're St Mungo's?
They're a UK charity that each night offers a bed and support to more than 2,800 people in London and SE England, and are reliant on wonderful supporters like you to deliver vital support services to people sleeping rough (especially at this time of year as the weather drops in temperature). I need your help getting people out of these unforgiving conditions, so please give generously!
And why'm I supporting them?
For those of you who don't know, I used to work for St Mungo's. In my time there, I met some of my closest friends, each of them passionate about helping those most in need. It also sparked a passion in me for helping rough sleepers, and I dedicated my time at Crisis at Chrismas as well as at the Hackney Winter Night Shelter.
I've spoken to countless people sleeping rough, and each has a unique and often harrowing story. It's amazing the difference a gift of any value can make for people in need.
So what do I need you to do?
Please give a gift to support St Mungo's, and to keep my spirits high as I foolishly attempt to run 22 KM. Anything you can give would make a massive difference to my big endeavour, as well as help those most in need:
Thanks in advance for your generous support!

While I've got you - if you see someone sleeping rough this winter, please refer them to Streetlink using their app, website or phone line - you could be the difference between life or death.
