Story

Thankyou for looking at my page!

The first time I ever visited YPAS I was really struggling and going through a hard time, if I'm being totally honest I was really nervous to go and wouldn't of but the hospital strongly reccomended the service so my parents wanted me to. I was suffering with anxiety and panic attack's which resulted in low mood's all the time because I thought there was somthing wrong with me not to be able to breathe. I found it embaressing more than anything but it was the only option as waiting list's can go on for month's so I went.

I never looked back. It was so unawkard it was honestly like they were expecting me and as this was a good few years ago, I've seen many new people pop in and their reaction's are always welcoming and before you've even had chance to sit down they'll of proberly already asked you if you want a cup of tea.

I couldn't think of a better chairty to fundraise for than one that's supported me so greatly in the past. I am no exception, this charity delivers so much care to each person I've had the pleasure of meeting there, staff and the young people.

Thankyou for reading my story.
