Anxiety is a bitch. 

Depression is a bitch.

Schizophrenia is a bitch. 

Body dysmorphia is a bitch.

Panic attacks are a bitch.

Borderline personality disorder is a bitch.

Hypomania is a bitch. 

Mania is a bitch.

Obsessive compulsive disorder is a bitch.

Paranoia is a bitch.

PTSD is a bitch. 

Struggling day to day is a bitch. Being medicated is a bitch. Going to therapy is a bitch. Not feeling normal or loved is a bitch. Not feeling accepted and lonely is a bitch. 

The list of illnesses and side effects are endless. 

1 in 4 people are affected. 1 IN 4!!!! That could be your mum, dad, brother, sister, best friend, colleague, stranger, yourself. This is not ok but there is help out there and no one is or should be alone through this fight. 

I personally have struggled in the past and one life line I need to thank and can’t ignore is Mind (as well as my wonderful family and friends!). Mind is a fantastic charity supporting and respecting anyone who is in need of their help, which is the reason I am running the Great Manchester Run Half Marathon on their behalf (a mind-arathon if you will!)

Anyone that knows me well enough knows that I drink, eat and smoke too much and the only exercise I have ever really done is pouring a glass of wine, rolling a cig or running after the bus! Therefore, any donations big or small would be hugely and gratefully appreciated ☺️☺️☺️🥰🥰🥰
