Changing Faces is the UK's leading charity for everyone who has a mark, scar or condition that makes them look different.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In November 2011, at the age of 21, I had a life changing car accident, sustaining major facial injuries and the total loss of sight in my left eye.

I have had several operations with more pending.

Changing Faces supported me when I needed them in the early days following the accident. They enabled me to understand my emotions therefore staying positive about my changed appearance.

The service they offer is free of charge and is reliant on donations.

I am running the London Marathon to say thankyou to Changing Faces and help this charity continue to support other people with similar issues.

Thanks to this charity I have gained confidence and I am positive about my future.
