After my Grandad suffered a heart attack I suddenly became more aware of the symptoms of heart attacks.
Thankfully, my Grandma was a nurse and my Grandad is still with us. But what about those who aren't that lucky?
When I signed up to the BHF I got a booklet through simply explaining to me what the symptoms are and what should be done. Information that I think everybody should know, and be aware of. Especially those with elderly relatives, and those prone to heart issues.
I'm a prolific dieter. My weight has fluxuated so much I may as well be called a yoyo. The turning point came in my final year of uni where i had no time to do anything but work, and eat, then eat more if my work wasn't going well. This meant I put on alot of weight on and generally got very unfit.
So, i've decided to commit my dieting to raising some money. Through this sponsored diet I plan to lose 30lbs by The end of April, and you can track my weight progress, and all the up to date experiences i'm having at my blog.

I hope to uncover a more healthy lifestyle. Exercising included, but the blog will explain everything I go through!
